SOLO line

SOLO Line houses offer a high standard of living and a lot of space to create your own layout of the area and architectural feeling. These houses are suitable for both rural and urban development.

Standard construction system based on the principle of a one-storey house with an upper floor in the attic and ridge beam roof truss. The house size can be increased in modules of 600mm in a longitudinal direction. The houses are offered in two standard widths of gable wall and both left or right versions can be built.


NOVA line

NOVA Line houses meet the requirements for spacious and comfortable living with reasonable purchase and equipment costs.

A new construction system characterised by the raised external wall (an advantage is that it offers the same floor area on the upper floor as on the ground floor) and the roof with ridge beam. This provides the main advantages in the flexibility of floor plan, freedom in the location of staircase, ability to extend the house in modules of 600mm in the longitudinal direction and a reduction in the price per m2 of floor space.

Both left and right versions can be built.


DIMENZE line

DIMENZE Line houses are modern projects for detached houses with a variable interior and unusually spacious hall on the ground floor and impressive arcade on the upper floor which is lit by skylights.

A new construction system characterised by the raised external wall (an advantage is that it offers the same floor area on the upper floor as on the ground floor) and the roof with ridge beam. KUBIS line

KUBIS Line houses are two-storey houses with aisle roof. There is a tendency towards achieving maximum functionality, purity of lines and individual style. The upper floor is not restricted by sloping ceilings and therefore offers the same usable floor space as the ground floor.

The construction system is very modern. The layout is open and modern with great respect to the functionality and usability of living space. The aisle roof allows full use of the attic and adds unconventional appearance to the house. The functionality and usability of the house are enhanced by placing the building with respect to heat gains from the south glassed side of the house.

Both left and right versions can be built.


LARGO line

LARGO Line houses are one-storey bungalows with uninhabitable loft space. They create a naturally tranquil zone without barriers hindering the inner space.

The house size can be increased in modules of 600mm in a longitudinal direction. The layout of the ridge beam roof truss is very variable and can be adjusted according to customer’s wishes. The floor plan is rectangular or L-shaped.

Both left and right versions can be built.


CITY line

CITY Line houses offer an unusual design which manages to hold on to their traditionally perfect solution of inner arrangement.

These two-storey houses are suitable for developments with higher houses. The layout places great emphasis on the functionality and usability of the house. Minimal footprint with maximum available floor space ensures unconditioned comfort. Rooms in both above ground storeys can be adjusted to customer’s needs.

Both left and right versions can be built.
